Franschhoek Bastille Festival

Date: 11 – 12th July 2009

Franschhoek, being the French Corner of South Africa, celebrates Bastille Day with reckless abandon over an entire weekend.

Highlights of the Bastille Festival include a Food and Wine Marquee, a French Film Festival, the Chef’s and Waiter’s Race, the Barrel Rolling Competition and plenty more.
